TomTom Urban Rider GPS Device For Bikers
Sunday, May 16th, 2010
It doesn’t matter if you’re on two wheels or four wheels, TomTom has you covered with their GPS navigational devices. The latest is the TomTom Urban Rider that has been developed with the two wheelers in mind.
The TomTom Urban Rider includes a number of enhancements that make it specifically developed for bikes, scooters and mopeds. These features include the inclusion of just two large buttons that are “glove friendly”. One button is for “navigate to” while the other is for “browse map”.
In addition to this, the Urban Rider comes with extra lane guidance, IQ Routes and MapShare. The device will retail in Europe at the end of next month and will cost £250 if you only need maps of Ireland and the UK. An extra £50 will get you all of the European maps that are available.
